How You Can Quickly Rebound From Rejection

When ‘No’ Means Next

I’ve spoken with a few people who struggle with getting a ‘no’.

And if you look closely, you might see people around you giving up their dreams and goals because of rejection.

But it’s unrealistic to expect a ‘yes’ from everyone for any pitch or offer.

Here’s a better way to look at it

A ‘no’ is just that—'a no'.

It’s not an evaluation of who you are or what you’re worth.

If you want to thrive against all odds as a person, you need to know how to handle rejections.

Embracing rejections is part of life (especially if you’re in business), and you shouldn’t take them personally or let them define you.

And to pull back the curtains a little bit...

In my journey as an online service provider, I’ve had the privilege of hearing “yes” and working with some extraordinary clients.

People who trusted me, appreciated my work, and valued our professional relationship.

But to be real, the number of times I’ve gotten a ‘no’ or ghosted has outnumbered the ‘yes’ I’ve received. And guess what? It’s all good!
